Play as Carpenter:

Play as Joshua:
Intentionally allow 250 innocents to get killed.

To unlock Joshua easily, play the Assault On GENEFEX level, where you have to stop five possessed Innocents from leaving. Turn the team damage to full damage and effects in the options menu and kill every single Innocent you see (about twenty). Complete the level, save, and repeat. Eventually, you will unlock the crowbar wielding Wayward.

Play as Vincent:
Get to level 99 in Ranged.

Play as Werewolf:
Get to level 99 in Conviction.

Redeemer sword upgrade:
Get to level 15 in Melee.

Redeemer gun upgrade:
Get to level 15 in Ranged.

Art Gallery 1:
Defeat Warghoul.

Art Gallery 2:
Defeat Demon.

Art Gallery 3:
Defeat Santa three times.

Art Gallery 4:
Defeat Abomination three times.

Art Gallery 5:
Defeat Warghoul three times.

Art Gallery 6:
Defeat Black Spiral Dancer three times.

Hint: Easy Ranged experience:
Start a new game in single player mode. Then, enable the "All weapons" and "Full ammunition for current weapon" codes. Get the mini gun and basically kill everything you see. Alternately, choose the Martyr and use her dual pistols.
