Easy goal:
Start a game in any mode. When the match begins, kick to one of your players. Do not play on and wait approximately five seconds. Fake kick the ball by pressing Kick but make sure your player does not kick, then run forward or in any other direction. If done correctly, none of the opposing players should be able to catch you, allowing an easy goal to be kicked. Note: Do not hand pass the ball during the trick (it hand passers way behind you). Also, you can only do this when you mark it.

Go to an Exhibition mode game. When you mark the ball the whistle will blow. When your player walks back after marking the ball, count to three and press X(2). He will do a "dummy" kick. If done correctly you should be able to score goals without anybody tackling you.

Easy win:
Select your team but do not start a game yet. Go to the team stats and choose "Overall". Set the size and abilities of your players to the best values. Begin a game to win easily.
