Freeze CPU player: Note: This requires a Famicom controller. Hold A
+ B on controller two and shout into its microphone to
freeze the CPU player for a few seconds. Note: Do this while
the CPU character is on a hazard to drain all of its health.
Sound test: Hold A + B immediately before a level
ends and before the results appear.
