Start at level 4: Select "Vs Mode" at the title screen, then
intentionally lose the game. When the title screen appears again,
press Select, then hold Down and press Start.
Continue game play: Press A + Start when the phrase "Time
Over" appears during levels 1 through 4.
In the Japanese version, wait until the title screen appears after
the game ends, then hold Down and press Start.
Level 8: Play levels 1 through 7 without using any continues.
