Decent amount of Canadian teams this time. Hope the streak continues there for them, just because it's funny.

I don't feel like rooting for any of the Eastern Conference teams...except for maybe the Islanders for Boychuk.

I got a trash talking email from a guy in Tampa earlier today. We don't work together and never have. The only times we've ever interacted are the time when we trash talk about sports.

He works with a bunch of my coworkers on a utility program down there. All trash talk and alcohol - a friendship built on Bruins vs. Lightning.

That being said I hope the Wings knock them out so I can laugh back at him.

I want the Sens to smash Montreal, but after that I don't care what happens to them.

I'm going to wait a round to go full bandwagon.

Go everyone but the Canadiens and Blackhawks!

Wouldn't mind seeing Ovechkin go on a run and go deep. Boychuk as well.

Wow, great first game between the Habs and Sens. Pretty interesting call on Subban, especially since it didn't seem like Stone was that hurt on the play. Still, very intense game and good to see the atmosphere up early.

Still a stupid move by Subban. Love the guy but sometimes his brain shuts off and he does a stupid play. The second game should be interesting.

Definitely a stupid move, but to be kicked out for it was strange. I can only imagine the reaction of Stone made it look like attempt to injure for the refs?

Eh, Subban's had plenty of times where he's gotten away with garbage so it serves him right this time.

Well that was certainly a fast goal for the Rangers.

    *panicked sweat*

Wings pulling a Game 1 win out of their ass again, hopefully their Games 2-5 go a bit better than last year.

I was hoping the Islanders could pull it off because its been over 20 years since the last Rangers/Islanders playoff series whereas there's been too many Rangers/Capitals series the last few years. Ah well, Rangers/Capitals should be a better series anyway

so should Canadiens/Lightning, when that gets finalized on Wednesday :\

The Canadiens are looking pretty solid so far, but their lack of punch offensively definitely cost them their ability to close out that series earlier. Also the whiteout in Winnipeg, holy crap what an atmosphere that was. If they ever have a good team, that's going to be a really intimidating place to play.

Boo, Islanders are out. Amazing they only had 11 shots on net last night. Well there went my bandwagon team. But I also said that I wouldn't mind seeing Ovechkin go for a deep run.

Guess I'm jumping on the Tampa Bay bandwagon so we can see a Washington v. Tampa Bay Eastern Final. That would be awesome.

I'd love for them to just dominate the Habs.

But the winner of the Cup will most likely be from the West this year. Ducks or Blackhawks.

I might still be a little upset over what happened in the first round, but I feel angry every time I hear "Tyler Johnson" and "goal" nowadays

that buzzer beating goal doesn't help

Great job not finishing the game Montreal. At this point I just want it to end tomorrow night, I don't even want them to try and get back in the series.

Not me, Rangers are down 3 games to 1, not looking good, hoping for a classic Caps choke job

Before the playoff started, I was sure the Rangers had the easiest way to the final. Looks like I might be wrong on this one.
