Well, my request isn't really a game, but a forum activity.

The name should be self explainitory....

Name of the Game: How do you pronounce your forum name?

Objectives/Rules: Well, tell other members how your forum name is pronounced.

Give me an example, please. I think I know where it goes but still.

I've got a board game that I'd like to adapt to here. Basically, it involves going to rooms and if there's a bad guy in it, fighting him with your 2-3 characters. It's called X-Men: Under Siege, and I'd like to give this a shot, with your permission.

How many people have to play? Have in mind that you will have to be active so the game doesn't go downhill. How will the game work?

It's for 2-4 players, at least that's what the box says, but there's enough characters for 6 players if necessary.

Well, there's five floors. Each floor has several rooms. The board game itself has cards marked with each room's name and number, plus a few special cards. Each floor has a set number of bad guys to find and defeat. The goal is to get the most rooms cleared and bad guys defeated. Whoever does so is the winner.

Combat is really simple. Each X-Man (and we use the term really loosely in some cases) has a set attack score. I'll roll the game's dice, figure out what happened, and report it to the players. They're not normal dice, so I'll actually be rolling the real thing. Characters take damage and can heal themselves from damage instead of attacking. Special abilities spice things up by adding attack dice, or modifying damage results. It sounds complicated, but it's really not.

I am fine with it as long as you plan on being active with it and making sure that you don't let it fizzle out because you are not updating.

I wouldn't do that without warning my players first so they'd know. And I'd only do it if work interfered with it.
