Video's been circling the web since the day of the fight. The video actually came out before the fight started and a lot of people sited a lot of similarities to the fight. The hugging, Floyd dodging a hail of Manny swings, the ridiculous terms Manny had to agree to in order to fight, etc. I didn't see the fight. From what I understand, Floyd made more contact than Manny (hence why he won), but that's because Floyd's style is supposedly more dodge and avoid while waiting for an opening while Manny is more straight up attack mode. I saw a comment stating that Floyd's style less boxing and more of a physical contact chess match and that's why "boxing is dead". The "boxing is dead" thing has been a common comment I've been seeing too, especially after this fight. I told my cousin that if you paid 100 bucks to watch a boxing match featuring two past their prime boxers with completely different fighting styles, you're bound to be disappointed. I know this for a fact: If I spent my time watching a boxing or MMA fight without much fighting, I'd be a little disappointed. I'm disappointed by many UFC matches because a lot of the ones I've seen end up with them on the ground playing grab-ass. I don't want to see two people hugging it out in a supposed "fighting" match, I want to see fists fly from beginning to end.
