    Lol at that part.

I mean, he also still has a couple more trials to go to. One for shooting his friend in the face in Florida and another set of murders in MA.

Oddly, Kraft's testimony played an unexpected role. When he mentioned "Aaron told me he was at a club at the time of the murder" all of sudden everyone went "wait a second, how did he know when the murder happened? We still don't know when the murder happened."

The three and a half matters because if he gets found not guilty on appeal he would have to serve that.

Obviously he has a long road ahead and even if he got found not guilty of this murder on appeal he could still potentially be convicted of others.

Potentially? At least one of the other charges (the one in Florida I believe) is an utter slam dunk from what they've been reporting.

Oh by the way, he got sentenced to be in MCI-Cedar Junction. You can literally hear the Patriots games from there:

do you think he was sentenced there on purpose? increase his punishment by allowing him to hear the fans and the game all while knowing he will never be free to play again

There are only two maximum security prisons in Massachusetts, so it was either Cedar Junction or Souza-Baranowski. Souza-Baranowksi is in Lancaster, which is Northeast of Boston by a bit (not too far from Worcester).

He committed the crimes in SE mass and was tried in Fall River. It was the closest option available.

(I worked on a project involving the prisons in the state a few years back)

He's lucky that there's no longer capital punishment in Massachusetts.

Easiest way not to face capital punishment is don't commit such crimes. I don't have sympathy.
