Cheat mode:
Press Start + A + B during game play. The current location coordinates will appear to confirm correct code entry.

All weapons:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, A(2).

100 health:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, B(2).

100 armor:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, A, L.

$15,000:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, L(2).

Lower wanted level:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, A, R.

Higher wanted level:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, R, A.

Toggle zero or six star wanted level:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, R(2).

Toggle gang hostility:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then press Left, Right, Up, Down, B, R.

Level select:
Press Left, Right, Up, Down, L, R, then hold Start and press A at the main menu. A level select option will now appear.

Hint: Police bribes:
For every ten vigilante missions completed, you will get a police bribe at your hideout. The maximum number you can get is six.

Hint: Borgnine Taxi:
Activate the optional taxi missions and deliver fifty fares to unlock the Borgnine Taxi at the hideout in Portland.

Hint: F-1 Racer:
Win all eighteen races in the game. Then, go to where you raced last and the F-1 Racer will be waiting there.

Hint: Unlimited stamina:
Activate the optional paramedic missions and reach level 12 to be able to run indefinitely.

Hint: Assault rifle:
Collect 70 hidden packages to get this weapon at your hideout.

Hint: Body armor:
Collect 30 hidden packages to get this weapon at your hideout.

Kill the people on the streets with big yellow coats. They usually drop about $1,000 each.

If you are on the fake IDs mission and have been to 8-Ball's pad, look at the map that was included with the game. Look at the Portland area for an icon for 8-Ball's pad. Up a short distance from there should be a car crusher sign. Get a nice car and crush it for easy money. Note: The crusher has a yellow and black line around it. Limousines are normally worth $1,000 to $1,500.

Hint: Tank:
Get a six star wanted level. When you see a tank drive by, take it and drive it to your hideout. Save your game and when you reload, you will have no wanted level and a tank.

Hint: Tank controls:
Press A + B to shoot. The tank rounds have a homing ability and will follow the nearest car/pedestrian. Also, the smaller and weaker cars will explode when you run them over

Get some speed, then hold Up. You will remain at the same speed until you hit something.

Hint: Get rid of your wanted level:
If you are far away from a Pay N' Spray or do not have $1,000, stop at your hideout. Save, then reload your game. You will have no wanted level.

Glitch: Invisible car:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code, then get into any vehicle. Drive to the nearest source of water. Drive into the water. Immediately start enabling the "100 health" code five to seven times. Then, drive out of the water and back onto land. You will find that you cannot see your vehicle. When you get out of the vehicle, you will remain visible. However, your vehicle will still be invisible. You will have to remember where you left it.

Glitch: Drive on water:
Enable the "Cheat mode" code then go to coordinates 126 116 with a car. Drive forward and slightly down and your car should start to go underwater. Keep enabling the "100 health" code until your car rises up. The bubbles will still be where the car was. Then, start driving on the water.
