Final Fantasy 6 Advance

Bestiary:
Save the game at any option to unlock the "Bestiary" option at the "Extra" menu.

Music Player:
Successfully complete the game to unlock the "Music Player" option at the "Extra" menu.

Dragon's Den dungeon:
Defeat the eight Dragons in the World Of Ruin to unlock this hidden dungeon in the northwest part of the world map.

Soul Shrine dungeon:
Complete the Dragon's Den and finish the game. This bonus dungeon will be unlocked on one of the small islands north of Mobliz.

Hint: Defeating Holy Dragon:
When you fight Holy Dragon or any monster in the Kefka Cult's Tower, equip the Relic Reflect ring to any of your characters. Make sure that all the others are dead or are also equipped with Reflect Ring. When Holy Dragon attacks you with Holy, it will reflect on Holy Dragon. You can do this until Holy Dragon has no more MP to cast with. The same can be done with other monsters.

Hint: Defeating Magic Master:
Use the following trick to defeat Magic Master without taking Ultima damage. It takes awhile to do and it is highly recommended that you have the following spells available for each party member: Drain, Rasp, Osmose, Quick. Someone in the party should have the Berserk spell. Cast Berserk on Magic Master. He will only do physical attacks until he dies, which is when he will cast the spell Ultima. However if he does not have any MP remaining when he dies, the spell fizzles out. Cast Rasp on him unless someone needs some healing, in which you can cast Quick and then Drain as much as needed to get healed back up. When low on MP, cast Osmose. This does take awhile to do, but once his magic is down to 0, he automatically dies, tries to cast Ultima but fails because not enough MP, and you will win. As long as you have enough HP and defense to take a few hits here and there, then you can do this trick.

Giving your party members haste is also a great benefit.

Have someone that knows Ultima, Reraise, and Osmose and four Reflect Rings. Equip the Reflect Rings to your party members. Get into battle and cast Reraise on one or all of your party members so that they will come back after Ultima launches at the Magic Master's death. Do not worry, because Reraise goes through the Reflect effect. The Reflect Rings will send his spells back at him and cause him to shift his weakness, be healed slightly, or take nothing at all. Keep casting Ultima on him, and if you need mana use Osmose. When he dies, you will come back. Enjoy your DoubleCast, because it will be very useful.

Hint: Give Terra more experience:
In the beginning when you first enter Narshe with the two imperial soldiers, use Terra's (??????) fire magic to kill off the two guards. All of the experience will be directed to Terra, a main character.

Hint: Get Mythril Pike and Mythril Shield early:
When in the mines during the save Terra scenario with Locke and the Moogles, go to Mog's party and unequip Mog of his Mythril Pike and Mythril Shield.

Hint: Intangir:
The Intangir enemy can no longer be affected by the Vanish-Doom trick.

Hint: Easy experience:
Save the game in the World Of Ruin while you have only Celes. Then continue without saving until you are able to fight the dinosaurs. Level only Celes up to level 99 then die. You should be left where you saved with just Celes at level 99. From here all characters you meet will be at level 99.

In the World of Balance, take Celes to the cave near Thasama. Cast Vanish on her and she will now be invincible to the monsters inside the cave. You then can kill the Adamanchts with only magic (physical attacks result in being sneezed away). Equip Double Earrings for stronger magic. When you are low on MP take your airship to Thasama for a 1 GP inn. Repeat the process until Celes is at level 99. Then, all the other members will be at 99 as well in the World of Ruin.

In the World of Ruin, after acquiring the airship go over Maranda. Do not enter the town; rather, drop off at the town, It is on the continent nearest to the left-bottom corner of the world map. Take one of your characters and go out into the wild. You should have at least one Gold Hairpin and one Growth Egg. Growth Egg doubles your XP per battle, and Gold Hairpin halves MP usage. Equip those two relics on whichever character you intend to level. Also, you should now have the magic skill Vanish, which causes the target to become invisible, or at the least, the Esper Phantom. If you do not have Vanish yet, equip the Esper Phantom onto your character as well. Other than that, make sure you have the best equipment on that character. The Esper Catoblepas, who can instantly dispatch certain creatures, is also recommended. Go into the plains area and engage in battle. In this locale, you will only be fighting three Crawler or one Greater Mantis, one Sprinter, and two Lycaon. Either way, you must quickly do the following. On your first turn, use Vanish on yourself (or Phantom, if you do not have Vanish). Then, immediately flee or, if desired, finish the battle. This is not recommended however, because in the case of the Crawler, you can get magic dealt to you, and lose your invisibility. When you are out of the battle, go into the forest. Engage in battle. You should face either two Greater Mantis or four Leap Frog. If you find yourself against the Greater Mantis, you are set. They only deal physical damage. There is no chance of you being touched. Simply attack them until you win. This results in over 9,000 experience points, and coupled with the Growth Egg, is 18,000 experience points for one easy battle. However, if you go against the Leap Frog, it is slightly more difficult. If you already have some magic that kills instantly or very quickly, use it. Otherwise, use Catoblepas. If you take out three or more, continue battling and finish the last one before he uses Rippler on you, which will cause you to exchange status effects. If that happens you must to redo the previous step, which can get tedious. However if you take out two or less, running is recommended because one of those frogs will pull out Rippler before you kill both of them (in most cases). The battle against the Leap Frog will result in 12,000 experience points. This is equivalent to a level up for each battle (assuming tiy are near level 40) until at least level 50. From there, it will be two or three battles per level until level 60. If you do this before you get the rest of the characters, they should all match your level once you acquire them (except for certain cases).

Hint: Beavis and Butt-Head reference:
At the start of the game after Kefka has set fire to castle Figaro, talk to one of the guards. He will say "Fire! Fire! heh-heh-heh..." much as Beavis says in the MTV show Beavis And Butt-Head.
Information in this section was contributed by Peter C.

Hint: Star Wars references:
In Locke's Scenario, go to save Celes while wearing a green uniform. Untie her, and she will say: "Aren't you a little short for an Imperial Soldier?", which is a reference to Star Wars: A New Hope when Leia says "Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper?"
Information in this section was contributed by Vara-sama.

The two soldiers who are escorting Terra at the beginning of the game are named Biggs and Wedge, just like Luke's wingmates in Star Wars: A New Hope.
